Registrations cancelled at least 30 days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations less than 30 days out are not eligible for a refund. However, someone else can attend in your place by transferring your registration to them.
Send an email to enrollment@leadershipandco.com if you’d like to transfer your registration to someone else. Please note that transferring registrations must be completed by the program start date. After the program has begun, registration transfers are no longer permitted.
No, but you may be able to attend “make-up” sessions with a future cohort. Please contact your facilitator for instructions or send an email to enrollment@leadershipandco.com. Attending make-up sessions with a future cohort is not guaranteed and is based on availability.
After you complete registration and submit payment, you will receive the following: a confirmation email; a registered account in MyCoach, the online learning portal you’ll use throughout the program that contains important information to get prepared; meeting invitations for all program events to download (from MyCoach) and add to your calendar; and a welcome message from your facilitator a few weeks before the program begins.
Yes! To help you get started off right, we encourage you to attend the virtual Program Kick-Off call. You’ll also have a few short assignments to get prepared for your first classroom session. You’ll receive all the information you need to get prepared once you’ve registered.
In addition to in-person classroom sessions (see details for the program you’re registering for), you can expect short assignments to help you and your fellow participants get ready for each in-person session. You’ll also be encouraged to share what you’ve learned with your manager and your colleagues.
Very likely! Most of our Programs meet the qualifications for CPE credits. Send an email to enrollment@leadershipandco.com to request information to provide your accrediting organization.
No. Some experience leading others is helpful, but not necessary. Our leadership development experiences are focused on the learning needs of the "critical middle"--managers, directors, and senior leaders who make or influence strategic decisions and guide organizational change. But experienced individual contributors and high-potential emerging leaders have also found our programs invaluable to their career growth.
